With 2 1/2 to 3 lbs of ground beef take 1/2 the meat and make a meatloaf. 


1 small onion - cook onion with italian dressing til onions are tender

1/2 cup of italian dressing

1/2 cup of ketchup

1 egg 

1 box of stove top turkey dressing

1 cup of mild salsa

mix these ingredients with raw meat.  put into bread pan. cover with ketchup and bake at 350 covered for 45 min.  uncover and top with grated cheese.  finish baking for another 10 mins. 

throw 4 potatoes into oven and bake with meatloaf.  cook some canned or frozen veg on top of the stove 15 mins before eating.  VOILA supper!



Cook rest of raw meat in fry pan. take 1/3 meat out of pan and drain. stir in a big bowl with 1 can of spegghetti sauce and 1/4 cup of salsa.  I also add a can of sliced mushrooms and any other veggies I can sneak in.  In a lazagna pan I layer sauce with shredded mozza cheese and oven ready lazagna noodles.  easy lazagna for another night. It freezes really well. Cover with Aluminum foil and bake 45 mins then take the lid off and finish baking for 15 more mins.


  With the remaining meat in fry pan mix 1 1/2 tbsp of cornstarch and 1/4 cup of cold water. Add to meat and stir in 1 cup of salsa, 2 tsp of chili powder. done - taco meat, lazagna and meat loaf. 3 meals in less than one hour.
